Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Abebe+Booker is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada, we will refund if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.
For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, we will refund if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.
Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, we will not refund you. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@abebebooker.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
